This means that the lower the pH your body has, the more likely you will find yourself falling sick. The polluted environment we live usually causes the decline of our body’s pH, together with the processed and overcooked foods we consume and beverages. It is imperative we improve on the above-mentioned factors if we want to improve on our body pH and also health and wellness.

Finally, the lifestyle we lead is the fourth pillar towards health and wellness of our bodies. We must get a method of doing daily exercises of which they don’t have to be vigorous necessarily. It is also imperative that we reduce pollution from other drugs or chemicals, toxins, carcinogens, and stress that might endanger our immune system.
