Jennie Fischette
CEO, DDB Health

Sure, you could tell Jennie Fischette’s 25-year career in numbers. DDB Health has seen back-to-back years of double-digit growth, climbing to $100 million in revenue for the first time. And last year, she led the agency to win five new clients and launch 10 products.

But numbers only get you so far. What really makes Fischette stand out? Colleagues call her the “people whisperer” and say her superpower is an ability to quickly read clients and colleagues alike. “Jennie knows me sometimes better than I know myself,” says chief creative officer Michael Schreiber. Others praise her knack for seeing both the strengths and potential in everyone, from junior recruits to senior leaders, and challenging them to grow.

That mix of sharp business sense and sharper people skills has carried DDB Health from an unknown in healthcare to a major player. Fischette oversaw the agency’s birth as president in 2016, then guided its evolution as CEO beginning in 2021. Under her watch, the agency has expanded into a powerhouse serving everything from rare disease brands to billion-dollar blockbusters.

Her leadership extends beyond revenue goals. As treasurer of the Medical Advertising Hall of Fame, she helps steward the industry’s legacy. Inside DDB Health, she has championed Good Works, an employee-led charitable initiative, and ensured the continuation of “6 Weeks of Giving,” now in its seventh year.

Her passion is deeply personal, too. She advocates for families living with Down syndrome (a cause close to home) and regularly volunteers with her daughters Riley and Amelia at local food banks.

For Fischette, entrepreneurship isn’t about personal glory — it’s about lifting others and succeeding together. That philosophy has made DDB Health a market leader and a place where people thrive.

Daniel Rubin
Group president, North America, Havas Health

Daniel Rubin’s entrepreneurial drive has reshaped Havas Health. In just 18 months, he rose from president to group president, nearly doubling agency size, building a rare disease center of excellence and co-leading a GLP-1 consultancy. Known for a people-first style, he tells teams: “Be good to each other and ruthless with the work.” Rubin also launched Lynx in the Wild, a New York Cares initiative already impacting 2,000 people — proof his leadership reaches beyond the office.
